We invite you to step into our woodland fairytale! To match our Enchanted Forest theme, we encourage guests to wear lore-inspired looks. Think ethereal fabrics, botanical details, and whimsical textures. Dark earthy tones, deep greens and rich wood tones are encouraged!

Guests arrive 3:30pm with Ceremony starting at 4pm sharp!

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

-Wellshire Roasted Half Chicken: Herb Roasted Half Chicken marinated for 48 hrs in Imported EVOO, lemon juice and fresh garlic and traditionally roasted in the Oven, with a perfect crispy skin. Served with Wild Rice and seasonal Colorado vegetables. -Roasted Prime Rib: Marinated in Olive Oil and hand rubbed with salt, pepper, fresh garlic and Rosemary. Cooked Medium. Served with sides of au jus and fresh horseradish Cream sauce. Served with Mashed Potatoes and seasonal Colorado vegetables. -Colorado Honey Glazed Salmon: Marked on the grill and finished in the oven, garnished with grilled sweet corn and fresh hand cut sweet peppers. Served with Wild Rice and seasonal Colorado vegetables. *Kids meals available upon request.
