This is the deadline to book with the special rates! - January 28th, 2026: Hotel Room Final Payment Due - March 11th, 2026: Send flight information for airport transportation to Aline Villanueva - The Shared Roundtrip Airport Transportation is $85 USD per person. This private service is only shared with wedding guests arriving/leaving together (+/- 30min). Cancellations: Hotel bookings are refundable before October 1st, 2025, and non-refundable starting October 2nd, 2025.
