A classic pandemic couple, Jeff met Lindsay after she posted on Nextdoor looking to trade professional massage for mechanic work for minor repairs and upgrades on her Volvo. Jeff’s coworker, Brad Root, was a neighbor within Lindsay’s Nextdoor network, so he referred Jeff for car repair. Jeff’s contact details remained in Lindsay’s inbox for a few months until she finally felt pushed to contact the Volvo specialist because of some more serious concerns with her transmission. Jeff and Lindsay got to know each other little by little through shared rides back and forth from repair drop off/pick up and massage appointments. On what would have been the final day of repairs and upgrades to her vehicle, Jeff got the courage to ask her out and she said yes! They have been inseparable ever since sharing so many experiences and adventures and are very happy (relieved?!) to have found an organic and perfect match in a predominantly digital/online world of dating.
