I would suggest to stay in an AirBnB or Hotel in these areas of San Francisco: Pacific Heights, Nob Hill, Noe Valley, Russian Hill, Bernal Heights, Potrero Hill, North Beach, Inner Richmond, Cole Valley, Glen Park, Crocker Amazon, and Excelsior neighborhoods

What if I want to stay outside of the city?

Answer

We live in Palo Alto, about an hour from the venue if you would like to stay close to us. Other areas I would suggest would be Sausalito, South San Francisco, Brisbane, Downtown Burlingame, or Downtown San Mateo.

What areas should I avoid staying?

Answer

Please avoid stays in SOMA, Bayview, and The Tenderloin neighborhoods.

I am here for a few days before or after the wedding, what should I do?

There is lots to do in the Bay Area! San Francisco has the SF MOMA, Japanese Tea Garden, Fisherman's Warf, Pier 39, check out the views at Twin Peaks, walk or drive the Golden Gate Bridge, Ghiradelli Square, Alcatraz, world famous Mission Style burrito at La Taqueria on Mission Street, check out the famous murals in the Mission District, the views of the Bay and history at The Presidio, explore Chinatown, Full House house, the Painted Ladies, Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Park, check out a Warriors game at the Chase Center and the historic cable car.
