We recommend people lock down their accommodation on the earlier side- Burlington is very busy in the summer!
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Casual Attire: Come as you are and dress comfortably. Sundresses, linen, or nice jeans and sandals are all perfectly appropriate for the relaxed setting.
We’ll share the exact time as we get closer to January. Foam sits just steps from the hotel, near the lake and Waterfront Park, and it’s one of our favorite places to stop for a drink!
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Garden Party Semi-Formal: Wear colorful dresses, floral prints, fun patterns, and suits to help keep the day vibrant and joyful! The Ceremony will be held on a grassy area, so please wear shoes you can walk in!
The celebration will begin with a ceremony under the willow tree, followed by a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers. We will then gather for a few toasts before enjoying a delicious seasonal Vermont cookout provided by Adventure Dinner. After dinner, everyone will head to the dance floor for a party with music by DJ Disco Phantom!
Shuttle
August 29, 2026 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
We will have school buses shuttling guests the short 8 min drive to the Intervale and back. If you would like to leave earlier than 10:30pm at the end of the night, you should be able to take an Uber/Lyft/cab back to the hotel. Please be in the hotel lobby a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. If you prefer to drive yourself, plenty of parking is available at the venue.
Flight
If you’re flying, the closest airport is Burlington International Airport (BTV), just a 10–15 minute drive from downtown. It’s a small but well-connected airport with direct flights from several major cities. If you want to make a road trip out of it, you could also fly to Boston, Montreal, or NYC!
Travel Note
Once you land, you can: Schedule a Burlington cab by calling (802) 448-2038 Use Uber or Lyft, though ride shares can be hit-or-miss, especially during busy times Or, if you’re renting a car, the drive into town is quick and easy
