What are venue rules?

1. No climbing on the rocks, climbing trees... Anything that the venue staff might be sketched out about you doing that could be a safety issue. 2. No walking off the trails (if you decide to go exploring lol) 3. No smoking in the barn - only allowed on the barn deck, make sure cigarettes are placed in the trash receptacle for it. 4. Any cars in parking lot must be removed by 10 AM Sunday morning, or you will be towed. 5. Do NOT bring hard liquor onto the venue premises. 6. Do NOT take any drinking glasses from the venue!!! This venue is in the middle of the woods and there are some cliffs in the area, so you will need to be aware. Don't get too wiley at the venue, save it for the after party =P

What is the required attire?

Ladies, let your inner princess free~ I want to see some whimsical, flowy dresses! Maybe don't wear super long heels unless you're confident in them. It's the woods, there's dirt and gravel everywhere. Gentlemen, semi-formal is fine.

Can I bring my children to the event?

Answer

If they are under 12, the venue requires them to be supervised at all times. Whether this is with a sitter in the on-site cottage, or you are physically watching them yourself (they cannot be further than 3 ft from you). This is a safety thing, they've had some scary situations in the past and just want to make sure everyone is safe. Please let us know if you want a kid in the cottage - there's only a limited amount that can be housed there.

What sitting services are available?

Is Hard Liquor allowed?

Answer

The venue does not allow hard liquor, so please do not bring it to the venue. If it's for the afterparty, you can drop it off at our rental. We will have an open bar at the venue, at least until all our beer and wine runs out... lol

How do I get to and from the event?

Answer

Driving: There is a guest parking lot off the road, the venue itself is located on top of a very steep hill. You will park in the parking lot, and get a shuttle up (there will be a sign with the phone number to call). If you are driving to the venue and wish to take a rideshare to your accommodation/party house, you MUST pick your vehicle up before 10 AM on Sunday and MUST schedule the ride share pickup to leave the venue in advance! Rideshare: Arrival - Venue Address: 6979 GA-136, Trenton, GA 30752 You will be dropped off at the parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Call the phone number on the sign and get the free shuttle up. Departure - Afterparty Location: 120 Tanglewood Trail, Trenton, GA 30752 You MUST schedule your ride share pickup in advance! It's a remote location and does not have regular drivers around.

Breweries and BBQ will occur on Sunday. Plans aren't nailed down, but would love to have people join and continue the celebrations!
