Ben and Schyler worked together at a local grocery store. Schyler worked at checkout where she would always see Ben check out before his shift and instantly had a crush on him. Ben has mentioned that the feeling was mutual but never made a move. Which leads me to the story of how they officially decided to actually start talking to one another outside of work. Both were invited to a UFC party of a mutual friends and of course Schyler had to flirt all night with Ben expecting he would ask for her number. He didn’t. She had to have her friend get his number for her because she had to leave early for her early morning shift the next day. After obtaining his number they just instantly clicked and started talking just about every day. Talking turned in to hanging out, then turned in to officially dating. Shortly after we started dating, we decided to move to Denver to further Ben’s career in telecom. After living together for a year, we decided to take a leap of faith and move to Salt Lake City, Utah for the next two years. Many adventures in those 3 years and decision to finally settle down and buy a home, we moved back to Cañon City, CO where we purchased our first home together in 2022! Not long after buying our home, I(Schyler) became pregnant with our first child and got engaged March 3rd, 2023! It was magical because the very next day, we got to celebrate our baby boy with all of our friends and family! June 12, 2023 became one of our favorite days as we introduced the smallest Hyde to the family, Beau Lee! It is only fitting to finally tie the knot now that Beau is old enough to be apart of our special day! Though it feels like we have already been married for years, we would love to celebrate our love with our loved ones in a non-traditional styled wedding❤️
