Our outdoor ceremony will begin at 3pm with a tented/outdoor reception to follow all on the same grounds. It's worth noting the event space is unpaved, so you'll be walking on grass throughout the day. The ground may be soft and uneven in places, so we'd recommend choosing your footwear accordingly.

This hotel is where we have blocked rooms. Please use the provided link to book or if calling please use our group name (Scheeter&Preuss Wedding). Rooms must be booked by August 11 to receive the discount rate. Our hotel will also provide a shuttle to and from the wedding (12 minute ride), but you MUST book through this link or mention our block if you call. Don't book through a 3rd party site like hotels.com or expedia or the rate won't apply.

How should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by July 1st so we can plan accordingly!

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
Rather than a traditional seated dinner, we'll be serving an array of hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening. This way, we can spend more time celebrating and mingling with each one of you.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block. A shuttle will also be running to/from the wedding from the hotel day of.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We'd love to celebrate with you! However, to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably, we're able to welcome only those whose names appear on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. Our amazing hosts Phil and Penny will be greeting all who arrive and directing people on where to park. Our hotel will also be providing a shuttle the day of the event. Of note the event space can accommodate up to 50 cars so if you're able to car pool with someone please do.
