Eldora Speedway
We have sites for the weekend of the wedding. These will be 50 dollars per site for the whole weekend. This money will go to the Eldora Speedway foundation. The following is all the information. If you don’t know what the Eldora Speedway Foundation is, please message me and I’ll explain it. 1. 1 camper or tent per site. 2. These sites will be in the campground behind the ballroom (where reception is being held). 3. There is no water or electric (generator are permitted) 4. There is porta potties and bathrooms on the grounds. 5. There is no showers on the grounds that I am aware of . So if you tent camp please make sure you arrange for showers . 6. I will be the one collecting and keeping track of everything for Eldora . 7. Campsites have to be paid for 30 days in advance. 8. THIS IS THE BIGGEST THING. EVERYONE MUST BE OUT OF THE CAMPSITES BY 9am ON SUNDAY MORNING. PLEASE RESPECT THIS AS THIS WILL ALLOW ELDORA CREWS TO PREPARE FOR THE DREAM. WHICH IS A HUGE LATE MODEL EVENT. We feel that this is an extra thing Eldora didn’t have to do. Please let Us know if you would like a site or have any questions. If anyone is interested in renting a camper for the weekend, please get with me first to mark you down for a site and then contact D and D rentals or J&B rentals for a camper. When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 1st because we are having a buffet style dinner and have to make sure we have enough food. We also need to be sure we have enough seating .

We will be having an open bar. There will be no underage drinking permitted. If you do not drink there will be Pepsi products and water available .

Are kids allowed at the wedding ?

YES !!! Kids are allowed at the wedding . Please know you are responsible for your children . We will not have a baby sitter on site . If your children break or destroy anything you will be responsible to pay for it . Please plan responsible .The Eldora grounds are huge so please keep an eye on your children .

Please come as you are . Jeans are acceptable with a dress shirts . Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes . There is a lot of walking and you will be setting on a dirt track for the ceremony. Please I suggest no heals as there is holes in the track .

We have lived together for over a year now and combined two houses, we have all the dishes and kitchen gadgets we could need. We are asking if you feel that you would like to give us a gift a contribution toward our honeymoon would be the best gift you could give. We look forward to celebrating our marriage with you .

Please keep in mind that our wedding is the Saturday before The Dream at Eldora . Hotels air bnbs will book fast if you plan to stay . There is camping at Eldora . Please contact us to get a site . These are dry camping no water electric or sewer generators are permitted .

Please arrive by 4:45 because you will need to be brought down to the front stretch

We are not registered any where for gifts. If you would like to give us a gift a contribution to our honeymoon would be nice . We have lived together for over a year and don’t need any house items .
