Story
After 9 years together we've decided that one surname will be easier for the travel reservations! We would love for you to join us for a weekend of celebration from 11th - 13th September 2026 as we say 'I do' in one of our favourite places. Clifford Barton is a unique rural barn wedding venue set in an idyllic 50 acre nature reserve within Dartmoor National Park.
Age Restrictions
Whilst we love your little ones, we hope that you understand our wedding will be an adult only celebration and not suitable for babies or children. Thank you

The party doesnât end after the wedding... Join us the next day for a relaxed BYO picnic & paddle opposite the Fingle Bridge Inn! Itâs just a 10-minute drive from our venue, and weâd love to keep the good vibes going. Just bring yourselves and whatever youâd like to sip or snack on weâll be lounging, swimming, and soaking it all in. *Plenty of parking is available over the bridge from the Pub.

Where did you meet?

One had a crush on the other in Sixth form. Can you guess which one? A house party in 2015 and three Koppabergs & Smirnoff Ice's later led to us non-stop talking every day and becoming genuine best friends.

It's hard to top a rooftop bar in NYC after just getting engaged. That or our first valentines to the local chicken shop, its a tough one.

Why did we choose Dartmoor?
Answer
After a family holiday to Clifford Barton in 2024 we both fell in love with both Dartmoor National Park and said if we were to ever get married then this would be the place. Although we love travelling and toyed with the idea of a wedding abroad, the majority of our family and friends live in the UK and having everyone we love there is far more important to us.

YES! Another reason we chose Clifford Barton was so Lexi could be with us for the weekend. A lovely dog sitter has been hired and will bring Lexi out for appropriate parts of the day. We kindly ask you to give her enough space so that she can enjoy the weekend as much as you do đž
