This hotel is where all of the action will take place: the ceremony and reception venues are attached. Accommodations range from standard hotel rooms to 3-bedroom suites. Our wedding is during Fall Fest at Sunday River, so we recommend securing early and using our 10% discount. Room descriptions: *Standard Room: Either a king or two queens. *Studio Suite: Queen murphy bed with a kitchenette. *1, 2, 3 Bed Suite: Multiple bedrooms with varying bed types, a living room with a queen murphy bed or sofa sleeper, and a kitchenette. Some are two levels. The board includes breakfast for 2 guests per booking. You can remove this option when reserving a room type. Where should we stay?
Answer
We recommend staying at the Jordan Hotel, located at the base of Jordan Bowl in Sunday River Mountain Resort. This will allow you to walk to the ceremony and reception.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire and fall colors are encouraged! The wedding party will be wearing dark gray and emerald green.

Due to venue capacity constraints we cannot offer additional guests. All invited guests will be named on your invitation. If you believe we may have accidentally missed a loved one, please reach out to us directly.

There is an optional welcome event on Friday 7pm-9pm. This event is casual. Please feel free to stop by once you are settled in.
