What should I wear?

Answer

This is a garden party semi-formal event. Summer cocktail attire is fine. Please note that the event will be held primarily outdoors on grass. Semi-formal/formal Desi attire is also welcome for all guests, and the options below are suggested. Women may wear below the knee cocktail dresses (floor length is not required) or Desi attire such as salwar kameez, saris, or anarkalis. Please avoid wearing white, as this color is reserved for the bride. Flats, wedges, or block heels are recommended. Men may wear lightweight suits or Desi attire such as a kurta sets. Ties are optional, and jackets may be removed as needed.

Where should I park?

Parking is available on the street (along Main Street) or next door at Murphy’s Law Inn (1147 Main Street). We encourage carpooling.

Can I bring my children?

While we love your children, we are only allowing children who are in our family to attend. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do not have a formal registry. Your presence at our celebration is truly the greatest gift. If you would like to contribute, we kindly prefer monetary gifts in lieu of physical items, as storing items in our NYC apartment can be challenging. A card box will be available at the event for those who wish to contribute.
