We have a block of 20 rooms reserved here. It's a great location in Downtown Berkeley, next to campus and has access to BART and other public transportation. Please note that you MUST reserve your room by 10/6/25. You can make your reservation at the link below, or by calling (866) 314-6382. The block is for 11/7 and 11/8, but they said they could extend the courtesy rate of $249/night (plus tax) for a third night if you want to extend your stay.

We also have a block of 20 rooms reserved here. This hotel is right on the water with a beautiful view of the San Francisco Bay. It is further away from public transportation, so you may need to rent a car if you'd prefer to stay here. Please note that you MUST reserve your room by 10/16/25. You can make a reservation below. The block is for 11/7 and 11/8, but they said they could extend the courtesy rate of $189/night (plus tax) if you want to extend your stay.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! We have decided to have shuttles leaving from each hotel going directly to the venue in the Oakland Hills. Shuttles will leave the hotels at 3:00. Shuttles will go back to the hotels around 9:00 and when the reception ends at 10:30

Are kids invited to the wedding?
Answer
Kids are not invited to the wedding. If you need help figuring out local child care, please let us know and we can help.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
November in the East Bay is usually still pretty warm. We will be outside for the ceremony, but the sun will set at about 5:00 and it will likely turn pretty chilly. The rest of the reception will be inside.
