There is street parking along Marginal Street with no penalty on the weekends. There are also a couple of small parking lots on Marginal Street you can park in.

Where in the park is the ceremony being held?

The main entrance to Piers Park is located at the bottom of Cottage St. (you'll see big gates leading into the park). Once you enter, walk straight, and take a left at the Sailing center. The ceremony will be down the pier with the gazebos.
