How long will the ceremony and reception last?

Answer

The ceremony, including photography, will last approximately one hour. Afterward, guests can head to the reception, located just a short four-minute drive away. The reception will begin at 6:00 PM and conclude promptly at 10:00 PM.

I have food allergies or dietary restrictions. What options are available for me?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring a variety of appetizers, salads, entrées, a carved meat station, sides, and more. If you have any food allergies or restrictions, please contact Nick or Sara so we can coordinate with our planner to ensure safe options are available for you.

Will non-alcoholic beverages, other than water, be served?

Answer

A drink station inside the reception will offer coffee, decaffeinated tea, and water. All other beverages, including soft drinks and juices, will be available upon request at the designated bar station.

May I bring my babies to the wedding?

Answer

If your children or babies are listed on the RSVP, they are welcome to attend the ceremony and reception. We kindly ask that you supervise them to minimize disruptions, especially during the ceremony. If your child is three years old or younger or between the ages of four and ten, please inform the hosts, Nick and Sara, of their names.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Alcohol will be available at the bar upon request, with the last call at 9:30 PM. Please drink responsibly, and if consuming alcohol, plan ahead by arranging a designated driver, using Uber/Lyft, carpooling with family or friends who have not consumed alcohol, or booking a nearby hotel, as the reception will conclude promptly at 10:00 PM.
