Braydon had planned a romantic sunset date for us, but it didn't quite work out as planned for him. We were running late (It was absolutely my fault just this one time), so he suggested we grab dinner instead. I agreed, I am always excited for a dinner date. As we drove, I noticed he had his maps up, which seemed a bit unusual. But I figured he just wanted to double-check the route. A few moments later, I realized we were going a different way than the way to the restaurant. "Hey, I thought we were going to Texas Roadhouse?" I asked. Braydon looked at me and raised an eyebrow kind of confused and said, " I swear I put in Texas Roadhouse, Maybe it’s just taking us a different way." I laughed, thinking nothing of it ( He played it off nice ). But as we turned into Archer Park, I started to get curious. The park was beautiful, especially with the Christmas lights still up. He suggested we walk and look at the lights. We got out of the car and walked hand in hand through the lights, it was absolutely beautiful and the lights just sparkled. As we approached the gazebo by the pond, I was just taking in how pretty everything looked. The fountains in the pond were lit up in blue and purple, creating an even prettier view. Braydon took my hand, and we walked a little closer to the gazebo. In that perfect moment, surrounded by the beauty of the park, Braydon with tears in his eyes proposed to me. He made sure it was an unforgettable moment as he told me just how much he loved me. As I said yes and Braydon placed the ring on my finger, our hearts were filled with joy and excitement for our future together.

On October 9th, 2025, we'll gather at Spruce Knobs, West Virginia, where the mountains meet the sky and our love story unfolds. We're trading in the ordinary for a day that's truly our own - intimate, unforgettable, and surrounded by nature's beauty. With every detail thoughtfully curated, our celebration will be a reflection of our love and commitment to each other. We'll share laughter, tears, and promises in the midst of breathtaking scenery, creating memories that will last a lifetime. We will not be creating a guest list because we will just be having a ceremony and Spruce Knobs is a far drive away so we do not expect everyone to be able to attend and we completely understand. We are very grateful for the loved ones who will make the journey to join us, and we can't wait to start this new chapter together.
