The two of us had both been attending Memphis Christian Church at the same time for the past 3 years. But during that time neither one of us could recall a moment when we ever noticed each other. It wasn't until God's perfect timing that we crossed paths in what Sam calls "The Great Awakening". And from that point the rest is history.

We officially had our first date when we went to the drive through zoo in Paoli!

The day we made it official! The past 12 months together were spent going on many hikes, having movie nights, going to the zoo, leading together at Wonder Valley Camp in the summer, and many trips to Raising Canes. One of our favorite things we did during our relationship was when we traveled to Africa. Where we got to share the good news of Jesus to over 1,700 Zambian youth at a conference.
