5:00 am - 10:00 pm
Timeline details below
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Doors open at 4:30 for the 5:00 start. Please enter through the front door of the house. The front door will be closed once the ceremony begins. Staff will be stationed by the front entrance to guide late arrivals to their seats if the timing allows. UNPLUGGED CEREMONY! We would love to receive all of the pictures you can take of cocktail hour to the end of the night, but we ask that you keep your phones off or silenced, and tucked away for the ceremony, thank you! Cocktail hour & reception to follow.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail hour, plated dinner, open bar, dessert & dancing!
Parking is in the main lot, which is within a few hundred feet of entering the grounds. You will see a pay-to-park kiosk in the main parking lot, but no, there is no payment required! Please only use the Main House driveway for dropping off guests, if needed. The turnabout in the front of the house is not for long term parking. Overflow parking is on the left of the Main House driveway.
Put the wallets away, drinks are on us all night! Tips for the bartenders are not expected. However, if you're the type that will lose sleep over not tipping, they will accept them(: (Alcohol will stop being served at 9:30)
1. The Bradley Estate is a historic building & we ask that everyone treats it as so! Please do not place items that create condensation on the wooden surfaces in the home. Coasters will be provided. 2. Our guests have access to the first floor of the home: the foyer, living room, library, dining room, and loggia patio, & the surrounding grounds all night. 3. PLEASE do not physically interact with any animals that may sneak over to the fence by the reception tent. They (unfortunately) are off limits! 4. Please do not move items or furniture within the house. Please ask the staff if you have any issues. 5. The piano is open to play, but not for holding drinks or plates!
There's a men's, women's, & family accessible bathroom on the first floor of the home. They're by the front door, down the hallway that is painted like a forrest!
Figuring out what to wear is the worst, right?! We hope this helps! The venue is classy, outdoorsy & flowery, so if in doubt, aim for "garden formal.” (Yes, we Googled it, it’s a thing!) This category feels like the best description to fit our venue and time of year. Garden formal can be considered as practical but still sophisticated. Breathable fabrics, pastel shades, florals, but on the dressy side- you get the idea! We are not expecting three piece suits and evening gowns, but would love to see a classy crowd! The bridal party will be wearing deep-red dresses, and dark tuxes, so if darker colors are more your thing, go for it! We do suggest bringing a warm layer in case the September night gets chilly.
With the exception of our nieces and nephews, our invitations extend to parents only- no kids, sorry!
Yes! There will be a designated smoking area. Please wait to have open flames till you're at the designated area. Please make sure you fully extinguish before disposing in the provided bins.
