The Night Before: Dimes Night

Come enjoy some country music located on historic Route 66. Need we say more. This is a 21+ only event after 8pm and has a $5 entry cover. While Samantha and Max will be arriving around 8:30pm, if you would like to arrive early, The Museum Club does free country swing lessons from 6:30pm-7:30pm. (This is open to all ages).

Sax Wedding

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses/gowns are welcome. Feel free to have fun and embrace the fall by wearing fall colors and earth tones. Please avoid wearing jeans.
The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm followed by cocktail hour and then an evening full of dinner, dancing, drinks, and perhaps a bit of debauchery. A Couple Notes: Ladies the ceremony is outside on grass so pick your heels accordingly. The party is inside but the temperature does drop at night so we suggest a light jacket. Lastly, Flagstaff is at 7,000 feet so please hydrate especially if drinking.

Enjoy some next-day post-wedding brunch and hang out with friends and family. Kids are welcome and encouraged to join. Please note there are multiple ramadas at Bushmaster Park. This will be at the large community ramada on the east side of the park (located just south of 3301 E Lockett Rd)

We are looking forward to a fun afternoon and evening at the top of the mountain! Snowbowl is a fun venue and it has a range of activities available to purchase for individuals or for the whole family to enjoy including: tubing hill, climbing wall, bungee trampoline, virtual skiing, giant tic tac toe, Jenga, and Connect 4, rolling tube , cornhole, mini golf, gondola rides, live music, and upper deck views Additionally, there are snacks and meals available for purchase for if you want something light or to enjoy a meal. Andddddd first round is on us! Please note this entire event is free with ability to add on food, drink, and activities as you like.
