What should I wear?

Answer

We are encouraging guests wear green, garden/earthy tones. Patterns & florals are warmly welcomed! This is important to ensure all guests can join in on formal photos with our photographer. Long dresses and suits are appreciated, and be mindful that the ceremony is outdoors. Please send a message to Sam or Justin if you have any questions!

Can I take my own photos?

We kindly ask that nobody, including family, take photos or use their phones during our ceremony. You are welcome to and encouraged to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception! Our photographer is amazing, and we promise to share all photos with you.

What about the Children?

As much we cherish each of your children, our venue and bar service have strict rules regarding alcohol on premises. With that being said, we have had to make the very difficult decision to exclude all guests under the age of 21. We hope you understand and can take this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy yourselves!

What is the closest Airport?

Answer

Dulles, Virginia (IAD) is where we typically fly to/from (1 hour away). Hagerstown Airport is very close, but it only flies from a few select locations.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at The Courtyard Marriott, and Tru by the Hilton, both in Winchester, Virginia. Both options are roughly 30 minutes from our home, and the venue. Feel free to stay for the long weekend and make a vacation out of it! Enjoy the mountains and adventures so close to us and learn first-hand why we love these country roads.
