Dress to Impress! Party is Formal elegant/blacktie optional. Women can wear floor length dresses or gowns. Please avoid brown/champagne shades. Vestimenta es extra formal/gala. Yes! The venue parking is shared with the city’s public park parking. Si! El estacionamiento es compartido con el estacionamiento de un parque publico.

Food and activities will start promptly at their scheduled times. Door will open at 3 pm but please arrive no later than 4:00pm to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat. You are welcome to take a stroll outside before activities begin. Las actividades comenzaran puntualmente a sus horas programadas. We love you’re little ones and want them to enjoy too! However, we do ask you supervise them at all times and to help ensure they are not running through the dance floor to avoid any injuries.

It is a public park and with that said, if you’re children decide to go they must have parent supervision at all times. We do ask however to not have constant traffic obstruct the main entrance to access the park.

Due to venue restrictions and personal decision, we will not have any alcohol and ask guests to not bring any. We appreciate your understanding.
