Welcome

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

King Gillette Ranch
26800 Mulholland Hwy, Calabasas, CA 91302

Please plan to arrive during this timeframe since you will be parking approximately a 5-7 minute walk away from the ceremony site. Our ceremony begins promptly at 3PM. Arriving late after 3PM means you will be driving through the ceremony site during the ceremony, creating distraction. To park, pass the Visitor Center at the park entrance, take a right turn after the small bridge, and follow the paved road to Wisdom Hall. **Do NOT park at the Visitor Center!** Try to carpool or Uber/Lyft as we will only have 19 parking spaces available. The restrooms are located at Wisdom Hall (NOT the visitor center) where you will park. Refreshments will be provided!

Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Wear shoes appropriate for grass, no stilettos or other pointed heels please.

DO NOT BE LATE! The ceremony will begin promptly at 3PM. The road to our reserved parking lot runs alongside our ceremony site, so please ensure you arrive 15-30 min prior during the Welcome event to avoid creating distraction. See Welcome event for details on parking and restroom locations. Photos will be taken after the ceremony!

Reception

5:00 pm

We will be having karaoke, a taco bar, and beverages/drinks! There is street parking across from the venue, a public parking lot for downtown Calabasas down the street (5 min walk), and valet parking in the restaurant’s private lot ($7).

FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation included two names, then yes! If not, please let us know who your plus one is, and if space opens up, we may allow some plus ones on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing people that we personally know and engaged/married/life partners. Otherwise, please respect our decision to keep our wedding intimate, and do not bring a guest or respectfully decline our invitation. Our wedding venue has a very strict guest count policy that we must adhere to. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless your child’s name was explicitly listed on the invitation, then you may not bring your child. The wedding celebration is restricted to adults-only with the exception of the immediate family of the bride/groom.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No, we do not have any wedding registries associated with any company or corporation. Instead, if you feel inclined to give us a gift, please donate to our cash fund on this site!

Question

The wedding is outdoors, may I bring my pet?

Answer

No, the venue does not allow pets on-site.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies in the RSVP! Our reception venue is happy to accommodate you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please see the details under each event and the ceremony map to determine where to park.

Travel

Flight

LAX

We live quite close to LAX, so let us know if you end up having any trouble with transportation. Tip: If you are getting to LAX during high traffic hours, take a shuttle from your terminal to the Uber/Lyft rideshare area, walk across the street to the Hyatt hotel, and then call your Uber/Lyft. You may save anywhere between 30-50% since your driver won’t have to sit in long airport lines.

Flight

BUR

Also be sure to check prices for flying into Burbank Bob Hope Airport. Sometimes, the flights may be less expensive. The airport also has less traffic than LAX and is physically closer to our venues.

Registry

We are already very grateful for your presence at our wedding, so we don’t have any specific items in mind for gifts. However, if you’re feeling so inclined, cash is always helpful!
