Our Journey So Far
In September 2018, a simple online match changed their life forever. Danny and Alicia’s first date was at Modern Times Brewery in North Park where they bonded over their love for traveling. Conversation seemed to never end and by October, Danny and Alicia made it official, beginning a new chapter filled with laughter, trash talking during board games and endless travel adventures. In 2020, they survived the pandemic by moving in together, with Pippi’s permission of course. With everything going so well, it only made sense the Lakers won the championship in the following months. Their family grew in 2024 with the adoption of Hades and Apollo, making their home full of heart (and fur!) Then, in November 2024, Danny popped the question on the Skyfari ride at the Zoo, high above the city skyline — and Alicia said yes! Now, they’re so excited to continue their journey surrounded by the people they love most, as they step into this next chapter together.
