Question

Do I need a car?

Answer

Yes, we recommend someone in your party/your peeps rent a car; it's challenging to get to Peru and get around Peru without a car. We've found the best rental car prices on Priceline.com renting directly at O'hare Airport (ORD) and Costco travel (we're the newest executive members :).

Question

What are cool things to do that cool people do?

Millstone Bakery (Uncle John loves this place!) 9. Bruce & Ollie's Ice Cream (great ice cream and Grandpa Joe loves the strawberry salad) 10. Fire on 5th (fun arcade games, great pizza, and family fun scene) 11. Club 55 (great drinks and incredible karaoke scene) Do: 1. Starved Rock State Park (known for its magnificent rock formations of St. Peter sandstone, this scenic park offers many hiking and horseback riding trails plus fishing and boating along the banks of the Illinois River) 2. I & M Canal Visitors Center and Canal Boat 3. Ottawa, IL is a beautiful, historic nearby town that was the site of the first of the Lincoln–Douglas debates 4.
