Please plan to arrive by 4:45 PM so we can begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00 PM.

On-site parking is available at The Barn at Bay Horse Inn. The parking lot is located directly outside the venue and will accommodate all guests.

Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by dinner and the reception inside the barn.

Dinner will be served buffet-style. We are catering from City Barbeque. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.

There will not be a formal cocktail hour. Guests will move inside for dinner shortly after the ceremony, with refreshments available during the transition.

Semi-formal. We recommend comfortable shoes, especially for the outdoor ceremony.
