Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What time is hotel check-in and check-out?

Answer

Hotel check-in is 3pm and check-out is 12pm. Since our ceremony starts at 3pm, you can call the hotel the morning of our wedding and see if there's an opportunity to check in earlier. If not, the hotel is just down the frontage road from our venue and can be checked in during cocktail hour or later at night after you depart our wedding.

When should guests arrive?

Please arrive around 2:30pm to park, tour the venue, and make your way to the ceremony area. Our ceremony will begin at 3pm.

Is parking available at the venue and can cars be left overnight?

Yes, free parking is available at the venue. Cars can be left overnight and must be picked up by 9am the next day.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, cocktail hour is from 3:30 to 4:50 before the grand march, dinner & the reception start. Appetizers, snacks, and drinks provided.

What will be served for dinner?

Our dinner menu will consist of cilantro lime chicken (cilantro lime sauce placed on the side along with 4 different barbeque sauces for everyone's personal preference), summer fresh pasta, brickhouse backed beans, Caesar salad, and dinner rolls with butter. A vegan/gluten free baked ziti option will be available upon request.
