Welcome Event - Haunted Sunset Cruise & Pizza Party aboard the Aloha Kai

5:15 pm - 8:15 pm

What to Wear: Casual attire is perfect. Rubber-soled shoes are suggested since we’ll be on a boat, and you may want to bring a light extra layer for when the sun goes down.

Join us for a 3-hour sunset cruise aboard Aloha Kai, a 50-foot powered catamaran. We’ll sail across Waikiki Bay, take in the views, and enjoy a relaxed pizza party with a cash bar onboard. Costumes are welcome (it’s Halloween, after all!) but definitely not required. 🚐 Getting There: Transportation will be provided from the Kaimana Hotel to the harbor and back. Please meet in the hotel lobby at 4:30 PM — we’ll head out promptly at 4:45 PM.

Ceremony

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Tropical Attire: The ceremony will take place during the warm afternoon sun. Please dress comfortably yet polished—light, breezy fabrics are perfect.

Lunch and drinks will be served. 🚐 Getting There: Transportation will be provided from the Kaimana Hotel to the ceremony and back. Please meet in the lobby at 11:15AM. We’ll depart promptly at 11:30AM.

Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Festive / Cocktail Attire: Let’s have some fun! Light fabrics, sparkles, bright colors and island-inspired elegance are encouraged.

Join us for sunset cocktails, dinner, and celebration with ocean views at the Kaimana Ballroom.

Picnic in the Park

We’ll gather under the banyan trees for local island pastries and coffee to close out the weekend in beautiful Kapiolani Park, at the foot of Diamond Head and just across the street from the Kaimana Beach Hotel.
