How We Met
We connected over the online game "Mabinogi," and when I reached out to Ethan about his exclusive, invite-only community, he welcomed me warmly—thanks, babe! After that, we started chatting for hours every day, forming a deep bond that felt like we were two halves of the same soul. After months of conversation, we both realized our relationship was evolving into something far more meaningful than just a friendship.
The (Most Cheesy) Purposal
A week prior, Ethan suggested the idea of a beach getaway in Newport Beach, and given my love for the ocean, I eagerly agreed to it. We walked along the Newport Beach Pier, watching the sun dip below the horizon — a tradition we had cherished on every visit. As we reached the pier's end, Ethan grabbed my phone and put on "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran, and we swayed together in a slow dance, surrounded by people casting their fishing lines nearby. When the song ended, he dropped to one knee. Overwhelmed with shock and joy, I cried out, "YES! A thousand times yes!!" And just like that, we were engaged! We are incredibly excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you at our wedding!

Are Kids Invited?
Answer
Yes! We love the little ones, and they're more than welcomed to celebrate with us. However, we're kindly asked that they are under close parental supervisions at all times to keep everyone safe and ensure the wedding proceeds smoothly for all guests.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We would like celebrate our special days with people we love. If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What is a dress code?
Answer
Formal is requested, Cocktail attire optional. Please note that Vellano Estate features some uneven terrain, so exercise caution if you are wearing high heels. We recommend avoiding heels entirely if you are not confident walking in them. Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable, so comfort is key; feel free to adjust your outfit for ease, such as loosening a tight top button or opting for lower heels. Additionally, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing all-white outfits, as this color is traditionally reserved for the bride. 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘦𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴: Groomsmen should contact Ethan, while Bridesmaids should reach out to Rowan regarding your attire.

What's an Unplugged Ceremony?
Answer
The bride and groom invite you to be fully present with us during this amazing day. Therefore, we are creating an unplugged ceremony; please stow your phones, cameras, and other technological devices for the duration of the ceremony and be fully present with us. We promise you'll be able to view all of the professional photos within a few weeks of the wedding!

Where is the reception located? Do we need to travel to a different venue?
Answer
No, there's no extra travel! All of our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are located within Vellano Estate! Following the wedding ceremony, a cocktail hour will be held for family and guests. You will be directed to the cocktail lounge to enjoy refreshments, music, and socializing. After an hour, our MC will escort everyone to the elegant second-floor reception hall for a three-course buffet dinner and a night of celebration!

If you have a food allergy, who should I contact for assistance?
Answer
If you have severe or airborne food allergies, please kindly inform us as soon as possible. This allows our wedding team to coordinate and prepare in advance, as last-minute notices may not be accommodated. Early notification is extremely essential to ensure your needs are communicated effectively to the planning team.

If you have questions, concern, or need directions on the day, please approach our wedding coordinator first. If you cannot locate them, please feel free to ask any of our groomsmen or bridesmaids. For any inquires during the reception, please speak with our banquet captain.

We have security staff on-site to ensure the event remains safe and enjoyable for our families, wedding party, and guests. To maintain a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, including children, we respectfully ask that all attendees honor the venue's guidelines and the couple's wishes. Any behavior that disrupts the celebration or causes discomfort may result in removal by our wedding party and/or venue security.
