A shuttle bus will be provided to and from the venue and Homewood Suites. The shuttle will leave at 3:15 PM to go to the venue and will leave the venue at 9:45 PM to Homewood Suites.

When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is parking at the venue at no charge. Parking is also available at the hotel, which guests may park at to take the shuttle provided by the couple.

Who can I contact on the wedding day if I have questions?

You may reach out to the Maid of Honor Stacie Rotatori at 959-231-9408. We respectfully ask that you do not contact the couple with questions on the weekend of the wedding.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
While no formal after party will take place, the wedding party will be gathering at the hotel following the reception and welcome guests to join.

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. For the cocktail hour guests will be moved to an outdoor deck which contains space heaters if needed. The reception will be indoors.

Should I stay for family photos following the ceremony?
Answer
The bride and groom will reach out to those needed for formal family shots prior to the wedding event.

Do I need cash for the bar?
Answer
We are pleased to be offering an open bar beginning at cocktail hour. Feel free to bring cash if you wish to tip the hardworking bar staff.
