7:30-8:30 - Hors d’oeuvres & open bar 8:30-9:00 - Cash Bar *Note: This is not a dinner.* Join us the night before the big day for a welcome gathering! If you’re in town early, we’d love to kick things off together with a few drinks and good company. We’ll be meeting just a short walk from the Element/W Hotel—only about 7 minutes (0.3 miles)—making it easy to stop by and say hello. We recommend to check into the hotel, grab a bite to eat, then make your way over. Enjoy some passed hors d’oeuvres and an open bar, with a cash bar available afterward if you’d like to keep the night going. We can’t wait to see you there and start celebrating together! Parking: Street parking, Spot Hero app, or park at the hotel and walk over.
