Hotel
Our dear friends at Ancient Echoes have kindly blocked off booking for all of their rentals for the weekend of our wedding. They will stay available to our guests for booking until May. Spaces available include two casita-style homes, a family sized house, and several suites located in the lodge. This property is truly a sanctuary. It's respectfully located on the grounds of what once was named Kelly Place, a historically rich and abundant archeological dig site. Ancient Echoes features a welcoming main lodge, which is equipped with a library, study room, tea/coffee station, seasonal offerings, communal seating (both indoor and outdoor), thoughtful interior design, and local info/maps. On the back end of the property is a private trail head, which leads to several ancient Native American dwellings. Dwellings can be seen from the lodge, as well as an underground kiva. Reach out to Rose or Dustin to book a stay here.
Hotel
Our reception will be hosted by our friends at Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch, more specifically at their Sky Village location just down the road. This is magazine-featured vacation ranch is conveniently located about a seven minute drive from our ceremony, and even less time to the reception. Guest Ranch is truly an experience. Muse at local art displays and photography, rustic craftsmanship, picturesque multicultural interior design, and grazing livestock. They offer gorgeous lodging, stunning views, farm-fresh seasonal produce, and much more! After enjoying complimentary farm eggs, you may find yourself outside petting a sheep (or a dog that looks like a sheep). You certainly won't be bored. There's simply too much space to roam and explore.
Travel Note
The local cab service is Sunshine Rides. Lyft and Uber are worth checking, but can be hit or miss since Cortez is a quiet little rural town.

Typically flights to Durango are the most economically friendly. Rental cars are also available at this airport. Our ceremony and reception locations are about an hour and a half away.
