No, this will be a mostly dry wedding. There will be a champagne toast during the reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please arrive around 6pm. The ceremony will be starting right at 6:20 PM. We only have the Exedra between 6 to 7 PM; so there will be limited time for the ceremony.

Dress code?

Answer

This is a garden wedding with a Lord of the Rings theme to it. Fantasy dress is optional if you would like, or you can dress as you would for any garden wedding for August in Minnesota.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

We have the reception hall until 1 AM, so the party can go until 12:30 PM. No after party will be planned following the reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

No, we will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony. We will ask that during the ceremony your phone is put away. A professional photographer has been hired to capture this moment. Anyone who's phone is out during the ceremony will be public shamed after. With that being said guest are welcome to take all the pictures they want at and during the reception.

Yes, there will be a QR code on your table for sharing photos taken at the reception.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before July 1. We would rather not hound you to do so, because we will. Anyone who does not choose a meal option in their RSVP will have it picked for them by the Bride and Groom.
