Please join us 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to mingle with friends and family you may not have seen in a while. Feel free to find your seats and relax/enjoy the scenery as we prepare to celebrate this special moment together.
Cocktail Hour

We invite guests to join us for cocktail hour, where you'll enjoy light appetizers and adult beverages! During this time, we kindly ask immediate family members to participate in a brief portrait session. The officiant will provide further guidance following the ceremony.
Reception
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
We've got a delicious buffet-style dinner. We'll cut the cake towards the end of dinner, marking the sweet start of our celebration!

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be held in a covered/open air pavilion. Please check the weather and dress accordingly.

In early August, the weather in Crested Butte, Colorado, is generally pleasant. Daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-60s to low 70s °F, while nighttime temperatures can drop to the low 40s °F. The area often experiences sunny days with occasional afternoon thunderstorms.

Will there be transportation available?
Answer
The Wedding Garden is located about one mile north from the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR). We encourage guests to carpool (limited parking), walk or ride the bus! From the base area, guests can utilize Mountain Express to get to the wedding garden for free. If you'd like private transportation to and from the venue, you can contact Alpine Express or Dolly's Mountain Shuttle.
