We have chosen a semi-formal dress code for our special event! We kindly ask that all of our guests choose modest attire. Below we have listed some do's and don'ts as a guide. FOR MEN: - Button up shirts or Polo shirts - Suits - clean and neat pants - no sleeveless clothing - no shorts FOR WOMEN: - Blouses - Shirts with modest necklines (low-cut and plunging necklines should be avoided) - Shirts with at least quarter length sleeves - Dresses and skirts that fall at or below the knee - No tight-fitting clothing - No shorts - No skirts or dresses with slits above the knee - No jeans or leggings - Veiling is not required but encouraged
With respect to the teaching of the Catholic Church on this matter, we kindly request that only Catholics in a state of grace receive communion. If you are not Catholic or are otherwise unable to receive, you are welcome to approach the priest for a blessing. Enter the communion line and upon reaching the altar, place one finger over your lips to indicate that you would like to be blessed.
When it is your turn to receive communion, cross your arms over your chest and slightly tilt your head back (Do not stick your tongue out). The priest will place the host into your mouth with a spoon. It is not necessary to say "Amen" after this. Simply make the Sign of the Cross and return to your seat.
Please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below.
If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the next page.
