Two servers start sharing some friendly banter. After a few fake shoulder taps and a 101 on cleaning bar coolers; Amy found time in her busy schedule to give this lucky man a shot at a first date. Upon meeting up at the Crooked Can in Winter Garden, FL love filled the air as our couple shared their first beer together. Exciting conversation made time fly by and next thing they knew it was last call. The gentleman walked the lady to her car just as the heavens opened up and dropped all the “good luck” rain on them! Sitting in their cars soaked, both couldn’t wait for the next date! Wednesday date nights eventually turned into weekends then turned into vacations to new places together! They found themselves on a path of love, support, and companionship. The gentleman knew it was time for their next chapter in their storybook of love! The proposal needed to be special, perfect, no unaccounted for factors or slip ups! What better place to do it at than the most magical place on earth. The stage was set, beignets and a romantic walk along the Sassagoula River where at the end, a setup of a blanket saying “Will you marry me?”, flowers, and music tuned into Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love With You” awaited. With help from the heavens; “good luck” rain fell down on the couple once again as the gentleman got on his knee and asked the most important question of his life, “will you marry me?” The lady said yes and they shared a hug and kiss in the cold Florida rain. They turned the corner to find the rest of their very excited family members cheering for them! At that moment, their support systems doubled in size and the couple couldn’t wait to continue to fill in more chapters of their storybook!
