We are thrilled to celebrate our wedding day surrounded by our closest family and friends. We have chosen the Waldorf Astoria for our big day, but it is not necessary that you stay there during your time in Mexico. All guests will have access to wedding events on the hotel property. We have arranged a discounted room block at the Waldorf Astoria from November 21st to November 23rd, 2024 (Ocean View King & 2 Queens $899/night, and the Estrella & Don Mares Jr Suites. Includes plunge pool, personal butler, breakfast). There is 10% off all other rooms outside our selected room block should you prefer something different. Flight

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)

Please fly into SJD. Los Cabos International Airport is located in San José del Cabo, Mexico, serving as the main gateway to the popular tourist destination of the city Los Cabos. It is an approximate 45 minute drive from the airport to most popular hotels in Los Cabos. Westjet has daily direct flights from Calgary to SJD. Check with your hotel as they may provide direct airport transfers for efficient pickup and drop-off. We will also offer a link to a 3rd party private transportation company recommended by our wedding planner that may provide better rates than your hotel.

Travel Note

Uber

Uber is a safe and efficient way to travel around the city. You can access the profile of your driver and track your location the same as Uber back home. Download the Uber app before arrival. If using a taxi, try and agree on a price with the driver upfront. Uber pick-up at the airport is located on the departures level - the second floor. It is very easy to locate. Before exiting outside through the final glass sliding doors of the airport, instead proceed to the escalator on your left. This will take you to the Uber pick up area on the departures level (second floor).
