This Hotel Is Offsite (3 min drive to ceremony)- There will be a shuttle service and parking at our wedding/reception. METHOD OF RESERVATIONS: Reservations for the Group may be made by individual attendees of the Group by calling the Hotel (970.627.2400) or email (info@gatewayinn.com) GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit with the balance due at check in, and guaranteed with a valid major credit card with an expiration date beyond the event date. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by this method. Deposit is $30.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Gateway Inn to Wedding Ceremony

A shuttle will run from the Gateway Inn to Grand Lake Lodge starting at 3:45pm to take guest to ceremony that starts at 4:30pm then the shuttle will be back to pick up guest after the reception ends at 10pm then run constantly until 12am.

We respectfully request no children at our wedding celebrations. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the ceremony & reception venues.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony is outdoors on the side of a mountain. Average weather for September is sunshine and mid 60s-70s. Sunglasses are encouraged! Make sure to check the weather before you pack in case anything changes. Our reception is indoors.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Let's leave the photography to the professionals at the ceremony and then snap away at the reception!

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire. Our parties will be in black but our accent color is cobalt blue.

Anything else I should know before I go?
Answer
You will be walking over some mountain terrain when walking to the ceremony site and then to the reception. While it is accessible in heels, just know it will be a little rocky. The lodge can provide golf cart transportation to and from the ceremony for anyone requiring extra assistance.
