The ceremony and reception will occur at The Meadow Wood, 461 State Route 10, Randolph, NJ. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held in the outdoor garden, and the reception will be indoors.

Do you have a hotel room block for guests or recommendations for where to stay?

Answer

We have a list of recommended hotels for your stay in the area, including Hampton Inn, Parsippany (7.6 mi.), Hanover Marriot (8.3 mi.), The Westin Governor Morris, Morristown (12.1 mi.), and Embassy Suites by Hilton, Parsippany (11.6 mi). However, we do not have a hotel room block for guests.

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire, a perfect balance of elegance and comfort for our special day.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To ensure everyone is seated on time, we recommend that you arrive by 10:30 am before the start of the ceremony. The wedding starts promptly at 11:00 am.

Can I bring an additional guest (i.e., plus one)?

Answer

Unfortunately, our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We have submitted the guest list to the venue coordinators and cannot accommodate additional guests.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will take pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests will head straight to the Cocktail Hour area at 11:30 am.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, Meadow Wood is wheelchair accessible, including the entrance, parking lot, and all facilities. The venue also has ramps at the primary, side entrances and an elevator.

Do we need to wear a mask?

Answer

The safety of all attendees is a priority. If you feel unwell, please consider wearing a mask or staying home. (IF POSSIBLE PLEASE NOTIFY US A WEEK IN ADVANCE IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND DUE TO ILLNESS). We respect guests who wish to wear a mask and kindly ask that masks be temporarily removed for pictures at your comfort level.
