For men: - if possible, formal wear such as suit and tie, otherwise a formal shirt with tie is okay! - for formal shirts, pastel colors is recommended or you may choose from the color options above - suit and trousers can be in shades of dark colors such as black / navy / gray closed comfortable shoes suitable for formal occasions For women: - a modest formal dress or blouse (you may choose the colors from the color options mentioned) - dress / skirts should come down below the knees - If you plan to wear cultural/ traditional clothes (e.g. Filipiniana), you're very much welcome to do so! - Don't forget to dress comfortably! If you have any questions or concerns about the dress code, feel free to ask us beforehand!

What kind of wedding will it be?

Answer

The Holy Mass will be celebrated in English and Japanese. We've decided to incorporate some elements of Japanese customs and Filipino traditions in our wedding since we are a multicultural couple. To celebrate these practices that have personal meaning to us has been one of our deepest desires, so having you there with us in these special moments is a blessing.

Is there a reception afterwards?

Answer

Our wedding will be at 12:00 pm. At 2:30pm, we will have an intimate gathering with our family and closest friends at the hotel. We will have a program in Japanese so it's a good opportunity for you to experience this aspect of the Japanese culture. But don't worry, English translations will be made available!
