OUR STORY
Most love stories begin with, “From the moment I saw you, I knew.” Well… not ours. The funny thing is—neither of us remembers the first time we met. Did we officially meet? Who knows! But what we do remember is when it all started: 2014. One simple question sparked it all: "You go to City Tech, right? Do you like it?" Kimberly asked. From that moment, we became inseparable. (Literally.) A friendship that started in church followed us into college. We spent most of our days counting down the minutes until class was over—just so we could grab Chipotle (at least once a week), pick up chicken wraps from our favorite deli, or sip on Starbucks refreshers. Most of our best memories were made near City Tech (usually while eating), and sometimes, we’d even hop on the train together at mid-point just to extend the day and hang out. Miraculously, our school schedules were always aligned - which carried into our earlier work life where we'd meet up for lunch or after work. As summer turned into fall, so did our feelings. You know the classic story: boy likes girl… girl doesn’t like boy… boy says “bye”… girl says “wait, hold up.” Somehow, under God’s watchful eye, a true friendship was formed—even when we couldn’t yet see what He had in store. And without pressure or timelines, we let it grow—quietly, slowly, naturally. For years, we lived in our own little bubble. No labels, no expectations. We didn’t even know what we were. But it never bothered us—we just loved being around each other and were both mutually exclusive without saying a thing. Then, things picked up pace. In November 2023, we finally (finally!) made it official. By February 2025, we were engaged. And now… we’re married. Looking back, it’s clear that God was writing our story all along. From church to college, friendship to love—this journey has been full of unexpected turns, inside jokes, and quiet moments that turned into forever. And we wouldn’t change a thing.

It may also be difficult to guide you to your assigned seat once dinner is underway, so we strongly encourage timely arrival.

This includes endless tableside service of fire-roasted meats, carved fresh and served continuously. Soft fabrics, timeless styles, and a touch of sparkle are always a welcome choice! For the gentlemen, a well-tailored suit or tuxedo will be perfect for this intimate celebration. The restaurant is located near Queens Center Mall, one of the most popular shopping destinations in Queens. Please do not wander into the mall before the event :) Perhaps after to walk off all of the yummy food! The restaurant is located on 59th ave, close to Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse (NOT INSIDE OF QUEENS CENTER MALL)

We are not using a traditional gift registry at this time. Instead, we kindly welcome monetary gift contributions to help us begin this new chapter together.
