We were thrilled to quietly get away and marry September 4, 2024. We eloped on the Big Island of Hawaii with just an officiant, a photographer and a ukulele player. It was a beautiful ceremony full of love, light and lava rocks. Now that we have officially tied the knot, it is time to bring friends and family together to celebrate! We wouldn't be who we are without the community that has supported us throughout our lives. We are grateful to be able to invite our loved ones to come and enjoy each others' company in Olympia this summer. Please RSVP by contacting Reianna and James directly and don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Smart or Dressy Casual: No need to wear formal, unless you want to! We're just here to have some fun.
The goal is to have some live music and good food! Social hour will start at 3pm and we will serve dinner at 5pm. Complimentary beer and wine will be served, with a no-host cocktail bar available. After dinner we will have a band for some dancing.

Nope! We already tied the knot in Hawaii, September 4, 2024. This is just a gathering of friends and family for good food, good music and good company.
The bride and groom will be wearing their wedding attire, (when else can we get all gussied up?). Guests do not need to dress in formal wear, but are welcome to also dress up. That said, Dressy or Smart Casual is plenty dressed up for this party.
Your company is the greatest gift - we don't expect folks to bring presents to the reception. If you would like to contribute in another way, a gift to our Travel & Fun Fund would be wonderful. You can use Zelle using Reianna's phone number or Venmo @Reianna-DaRosa.
Olympia is a long ways from the closest airports but you can shuttle or ride-share from the airport and the party venue is right in downtown Olympia. That said, you might find that a rental costs about the same as a ride to and from the airport, so be sure to check pricing.
Yes. The venue is located near the Octapas Restaurant and the public Capitol Lake park. There is public parking in front of the venue and around the block; availability is variable. We recommend that you carpool when possible and be ready to back into a parking spot (which is required for the closest lot).
We do not have any hotel room blocks reserved. We did make a couple of suggestions above, but only due to location convenience. Please feel free to find other hotels, Airbnb, vacation rentals or whatever suits you.
We live about a 12-minute drive from downtown Olympia and the venue. Technically we live in the city of Tumwater but right on the southwest edge of Olympia proper.
