Who am I allowed to bring?

Answer

We have included everyone we intended to invite on your invitation. Please do not bring anyone outside of that including children not exclusively listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Can we bring outside alcohol?

Answer

Please do not bring any outside beverages. (Water not included) We do not want to cause any liability issues to fall back on us or our incredibly nice vendors. Don’t worry we are providing the party!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Dress to impress and have fun! We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or tshirts. Our bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses and our groomsmen will be in suits for reference! Ladies, respectfully refrain from white, ivory or champagne dress colors. Thank you!- Bride

Is there a smoking area?

Answer

Smoking is not allowed, with the exception of the parking lot.

If I am arriving late can I enter the ceremony after it has started?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 2:15 but no later than 2:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Austin and I have our special moment, uninterrupted. You may wait in your car until cocktail hour has started.

Is there anything not allowed at the venue?

I am aware that this is an unusual (to some) and specific request. Due to family restrictions and medical conditions, I ask that you refrain from wearing cologne or perfume to our wedding. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Thank you.

Do I need to bring money for any reason?

Answer

We will provide dinner, desert and an open bar. No money required. Tips for our bartender are appreciated, but not necessary.

Can I take pictures?

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers and videographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes.
