We are still in the process of sending out physical invites, but in the meantime the venue is the Manor House at Kings Charter - 9400 Charter Crossing, Mechanicsville, VA 23116

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl. We encourage you to use this night as a date night!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do" - we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want!

Yes! Beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages are on us!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 3:45pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will confer with our caterer.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

We recommend a nice blouse with pants or skirt or a dress for the ladies. No white dresses please! Hair and make-up can be natural and everyday. For the guys, dress pants or khakis with a button-down shirt or polo shirt will fit.
