Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are kindly requesting our guests follow a black tie optional / formal dress code. Typically, this means suits for the guys and long or fancy cocktail dresses for the ladies. We can’t wait to see everyone all dressed up and looking amazing!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Make sure to arrive by 3:50 PM - about ten minutes before the ceremony starts - so you have time to get seated and comfy. We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have two hotel recommendations for our guests, both are located in Verona and are about 20 minutes from the venue. Please see the details for our hotel options under the "Travel" tab on our website. There are rooms available at both hotels under the 'Butler Wedding' block.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will leave the Holiday Inn Express Verona and Fairfield Inn for the Venue at 2:40pm and 330pm! If you're able, we kindly ask that you take the 2:40 PM shuttle to help ensure there’s enough space on the 3:30 PM shuttle for guests who may be arriving late from out of town. Once at the Venue, you are able to wait in the air conditioned inside before the ceremony! Shuttles will make return trips to the hotel after the reception at 9, 10, 11, & 11:30pm.

CHECK IN TIME AT THE HOTEL ISN'T UNTIL 4 PM, WHAT DO WE DO?

We totally get that this can be a bit tricky! If you're hoping to check in early, we recommend calling the hotel directly. Otherwise, as long as you let them know ahead of time, both hotels have said they're happy to hold your luggage until you're back after the celebration and ready to head to your room!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a full parking lot at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles there overnight as long as they are picked up by 9:00 AM the following morning.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we have so many special little humans in our lives who we deeply love, please know that the only individuals invited to the wedding are the names of those on the invites/RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
