Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi- Formal/Dressy Casual Think nice cocktail dresses, khakis, polo/ button down shirt, etc. Ladies- wedges or flats are recommended as the venue does have patios, hills, and grass.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes- we have a bank of rooms booked at the Hilton Garden Inn Allentown West in Breinigsville PA. Transportation to and from venue will also scheduled for this hotel. More details on hotel available under Travel tab.

I have a food allergy/special diet, can I make a special request?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be butlered. Dinner will be served buffet. Kindly let your servers know of any allergies. The buffet will have a variety of foods available. We will have vegetarian options available. Any questions/concerns please reach out to Renee.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love children, the only children that will be present are our flower girls and their siblings.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. There will be shuttles available to bring guests from the parking lot to the ceremony site and down to the barn for cocktail hour and reception. In addition to the shuttles, there are also golf carts available. If you require assistance, please let a staff member know upon arrival.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes- the venue shuttle buses will make 2 trips from the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue prior to wedding and 2 trips back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Is your ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes! Kindly put away phones and cameras — we’ll share beautiful professional photos with you afterward! We will have 2 photographers there to capture every moment so please let them do their job while you enjoy our nuptials.
