As a well known country music artist Miranda Lambert says, I’m giving up on love and loves giving up on me. I felt down in my old dusty boots. Love was far away and didn’t seem like it would come around. It was May 2022 when I got on Tinder to try and find love. Needless to say Nathan and I swiped right on each other and that’s where our love story begins ♥️ A few short weeks later he had the courage to ask me on a date. May 18 2022 was our first date! He came down to Paducah and we walked the river front. I almost stood him up! I was afraid we wouldn’t have anything to talk about and have awkward silence. Our date was anything short of silence as it lasted for hours! We talked so much we didn’t even eat dinner! After walking for hours, we found us a bench to sit on. We continued talking and giggling and I looked deeper into his eyes and just laid a big smooch right on him! 💋 He called me when he got home to a little town in Illinois called Eldorado. We talked til I fell asleep! Fast forward to June of 2023. We bought our first home together in Equality,Illinois. 🏡 We’ve spent a lot of time together and he’s taken a step dad role of these two kiddos! We went to Florida in September of 2024. 🏝️ He popped the question on September 3 on Redington Beach! Of course I said yes! 💍 It leads us to where we are today and our wedding day of May 17 2025 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️
