We will have a shuttle running between the Double Tree Hotel and the venue prior to the ceremony as well as toward the end of the reception starting around 11pm. The ceremony will take place outdoors with a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres directly after. An indoor reception will follow with a fully plated meal and an open bar. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Unfortunately, we are on a tight budget so we cannot afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for your understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event.
Please arrive no later than 4:45 so that you have time to get seated before the ceremony begins.
Our ceremony will take place in a grassy area so please choose your footwear accordingly.
The ceremony, weather permitting, will be outdoors with the cocktail party to follow. The reception will be indoors.
Yes there is parking at the venue. You may choose to leave your car overnight at the venue if needed. Transportation services will be provided between the Double Tree Hotel and the venue.
