His Version: We met at Young Adult night at Lighthouse and I thought she talked too much… but I still thought she was beautiful. When I was walking out I saw her standing alone and I said “Goodnight Julia” and she said “How do you know my name” (of course I looked at the sign in sheet). I told her I just know things and she apparently did the same and said “goodnight Eric” when I left. Then at church a few months later she randomly sat next to me… after service she Dm’d me on Instagram and asked for my number. I thought she was BOLD! After talking for a little while I asked her on a date and the rest is history… even tho I played a little hard to get ;) Her Version: We did in fact meet at a Young Adult night at Lighthouse (thanks to his best man, Reid) but I was not looking for anything… I’m just a nosey person and wanted to know who he was and make new friends! So I did what any other person would do… nonchalantly glance at the sign in sheet to see what his name was because I was not going to act like I was interested. Well when It was over I was standing out there (on purpose) and he said “Goodnight Julia” and I knew then he was just as nosey as me lol. I asked how he knew my name but I already knew. (How romantic lol) Then we didn’t see much of each other for a couple months but I was friends with Donna + Reid so every now and then I would sit with them at church. Well good ol Donna told me Eric was coming to church that Sunday… well I knew I had to get there early to start up a conversation. So I see him walk in by himself and sit down and I beeline straight to him. I had the biggest smile on my face and started up the convo. I could tell he was shocked so I just kept asking him questions. After that convo I was like yea friend vibes so after service I Dm’d him on Instagram and asked for his number. He thought it was bold but in my mind I’m just thinking he’s a cutie but we get along so well we could be great friends. WELL… we never stopped texting and then went on a couple dates and the more I got to know him and pray about our relationship the more I started falling for my 5’7 man!
