Unfortunately, budget and space is limited, so we simply don't have room for all of our lovely guests to bring guests of their own! We therefore and regretfully ask guests to arrive only as they were named on the invitations. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like everyone coming to wear something that makes them feel great! We (Avra and Rafer) will be dressed pretty formally, and 'cocktail attire' is in the right ballpark. Keep in mind, a lot of the day will be outside on grass, and it might be hot (and the indoor dance space is no-shoes-allowed!) If you've been waiting to break out a fun wedding outfit... wait no longer!! AND JUST TO REITERATE: THE DANCE FLOOR INDOORS IS NO-SHOES-ALLOWED! PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

Will there be a shuttle from the hotels to Earthdance?

Answer

Yes, depending on your hotel. We plan for a shuttle to run from and to the hotels at which we have blocks reserved: the Marriott Northampton and Fairfield Inn. If you're staying at a different hotel, let us know and we can try to make arrangements.

Can I bring babies and small children?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Many of our family and friends have small children, so there will be a strong youth contingent, and we will accommodate you as much as we can! Let us know what we can do to make things easy for you!

Can I bring my dog or other pets?

Answer

Unfortunately, we ask that you please do not bring dogs or other pets. There is one exception to this, and that is for Lydia. If your name isn't Lydia, there isn't an exception!
