What is the dress code?

Please adhere to a formal dress code. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie and ladies should wear mid to floor-length dresses. The entirety of the wedding day will take place inside Main Street Station. If you plan to walk to the venue, please be aware that downtown Richmond has cobblestone roads in some places.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 2:30 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner menu will include multiple options. Please indicate any food allergies when you RSVP so the caterers can best accommodate them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at Main Street Station, but guests will be responsible for covering the payment. The first hour is free, then $1 per hour, and maxes at $6 for 24 hours. There are pay stations located in the parking lot or you may use the Passport app.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No transportation will be provided due to the hotel being in such close proximity to the wedding venue. We recommend using Uber or Lyft or those who feel comfortable may also walk.

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion.

What if I did not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, you will be marked as "Not Attending". We must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will be addressed to you and your guest's name, if they are invited. If only your name is on the envelope, you may not bring a guest.
